The John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center

There is a Boston information desk located in the Center Court of the Prudential Center where you can find brochures and maps of Boston's most popular attractions, plus trolley tour information, theater suggestions, and hints for dining at Boston's great restaurants. The Information desk is open Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is open Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

For Hynes Convention Center information visit one of the Public Safety Desks located at the Street Level entrance and the South Lobby entrance on Level One. Visit one of the Touch Screen Kiosks located in the Plaza on Level 1 or speak to one of the "Red Coats"— Guest Service Ambassadors— during the meeting.

An ATM machine is located in the Hynes Convention Center near the Boylston Street Entrance. Additionally, 2 ATMs are located in the Prudential Center in the Back Bay Arcade and the Belvidere Arcade.

A FedEx Office Business Center is located on Level One in the Main Lobby. Available services include: photocopying, faxing, printing from personal PC, office supplies, and shipping.

Full-service concession stands are located in the front of the Exhibit Hall in aisles 1000 and 1100. They will be open daily during exhibiting hours. Other dining options are available within the Prudential Center.

The First Aid Center is located on Level One in the Main Lobby. It will be open and staffed daily during session hours. In case of an emergency, dial 2111 from any house phone.

Lost items will be turned into the AAI Office located in Room 300. Items may be retrieved from the same location.
