Payment Of Fees

Registration may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Purchase orders will NOT be accepted. Registrants who need to discuss other payment options should contact meetings@aai.org or call (301) 634-7399.

Important Note: AAI will not be accepting cash or checks for onsite registration.

Meeting Materials Pick Up

Registrants will pick up their meeting badges and materials onsite in Boston. Those who register prior to May 1, 2012, will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration and an explanation of check-in procedures. The confirmation message will contain a bar code for use at check-in terminals onsite. Attendees will need to bring the printed confirmation message to Boston to obtain their meeting badges, pre-purchased tickets, and meeting materials.

Undergraduate, High School Student, High School Teacher Registration

Undergraduate students, high school students, and high school teachers will receive free registration at the meeting. Participants must register onsite in Boston. Registration will not be accepted in advance. To receive a complimentary registration onsite, please bring a student/teacher ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisor, principal, or teacher. We request that High School students be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Appropriate behavior by all students is required.

*Graduate Student Registration (including all AAI Student Members)

You must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and e-mail address of your department head. If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head. "Student" will be indicated on your badge. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate. Trainee Certification Form.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2012. Any registrant wishing to obtain a refund must submit a written request along with his/her confirmation number by April 1, 2012.
